Hangar Event Rentals
Aviation Themed Events Welcome
JA Flight Training is located just 40 miles west of Chicago at Chicago's Aurora Airport. Our hangar facility is roughly 5000 square feet and can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests. We welcome any and all aviation events such as:
- Aviation associations and groups
- Aviation conferences and meetings
- Aviation themed retirement parties
- Final events for our departed aviation friends
- General aviation themed events
We currently have tables and chairs to handle smaller groups of 50. For larger groups we work with a local rental center which can provide many different group needs. For conferences and events we have different projectors and audio equipment available.
The Facility
Our facility offers a number of recreational areas that can be included as part of any event. Different areas of the facility include:
- Flight Simulators
- Professional Golf Simulator
- lounge
- cantina
- pool table area
- outdoor sitting area.
The JA Flight Training team is here to make your event memorable. Facility tours are available by appointment only.
JA Flight Services works with a number of different vendors in the area to provide additional seating configurations, linens and decorations, DJ services and catering.
